User Account

- Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be inaccurate, false, or incomplete, or if you fail to comply with these requirements.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Services
Our Service allows users to generate AI-powered tattoo designs by submitting text prompts and selecting styles. Any images or content generated are delivered digitally and are intended solely for your personal use as tattoo design inspiration or reference.
We strive to provide reliable and continuous access, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted Service and will not be liable for any downtime or disruptions.
We may, at our sole discretion, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) without notice.
Credits, Payments, and Refunds
Credits
When creating an account, you may receive a limited number of free credits. At any time and without notice, we reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions of the free credits offer, or cancel it. Additional credits can be purchased to generate more designs. Credits purchased have an expiry date and are non-refundable.
Payments
Payments for credit packs are processed securely via Stripe or other accepted payment providers. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all fees related to your use of the Service.
Refunds
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for generated content or unused credits. Refunds will only be considered for technical faults or service errors, assessed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Using the Service to generate, upload, or share content that is unlawful, including content that is hateful, threatening, harassing, violent, obscene, pornographic, discriminatory, or infringes third-party rights.
- Misusing the Service to create, request, or disseminate harmful, deceptive, or misleading content.
- Using automated systems such as bots, spiders, or scripts to access or interact with the Service.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or user accounts.
- Engaging in activities that could disrupt or negatively impact the Service or other users’ experiences.
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor content and activity on the Service. Content may be removed, or your account may be suspended or terminated, at our discretion for violations of these Terms.
Generated Designs and Usage
All AI-generated designs and images from the Service are intended for your personal, non-commercial use only. Resale, redistribution, or use of generated designs for business or commercial purposes is prohibited.
You may not claim intellectual property rights or exclusive ownership over any design generated by the Service. The same or similar designs may be generated by other users.
Intellectual Property
We own all rights to the Service platform and all related intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, software, and designs not generated by users. You may not use our trademarks, branding, or proprietary materials without written consent. Some features or outputs may be subject to third-party licenses. By using the Service, you agree to comply with all such third-party terms as applicable.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use our Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising under or relating to these Terms exceed the amount paid by you to us for the Service in the past twelve (12) months.

Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All credits, access, or licenses granted will be discontinued. You may not be entitled to any refunds.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be updated accordingly. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Miscellaneous
You may not assign or transfer these Terms, or any of your rights or obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, to any third party without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms, and any rights or obligations hereunder, to a third party or successor entity at our discretion, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or by operation of law.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the other provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
